When I started my company, I hit every wall early. No funding, no team, no budget to hire. I realized most solo founders face the exact same problem. So I built SuperMind. One platform where a single person can run an entire business. Marketing, workflows, team ops, content, approvals, billing. Everything. No need to hire five people or pay for ten tools. I built it because I was that founder, and I know there are thousands more just like me.

GoverRAJ

Police promotions in Rajasthan used to take 6 to 14 months. Everything was handwritten. Roster files, seniority lists, exam records, merit generation, final approvals. 8 manual steps, all on paper, all prone to errors. I built GoverRAJ to replace that entire pipeline. Just input the data, the system applies 30+ government rules automatically and outputs everything. What took months now takes weeks.

PenguinBot

I was manually juggling 5 different platforms every day. Posting on socials, sending emails, pushing to GitHub, managing chats across channels. Every tool had its own dashboard, its own login, its own logic. None of them talked to each other. So I built PenguinBot. One interface, real automation underneath. It handles multi-channel chat, GitHub workflows, social posting, and email sequences from a single place. Took it from an idea to Product Hunt #4.

PenguinBot started as an experiment in personal AI. I wanted to see how people would treat an AI that quietly works in the background of their daily workflow. The result surprised me: users handled it like a teammate, not a tool — delegating tasks, trusting it with repetitive work, and eventually leaning on it for decisions. That behaviour reshaped my thinking and became the foundation for SuperMind.

I build things. That's basically it.

I'm Yuvraj. I made Rogue AI, SuperMind, PenguinBot, and GoverRAJ. I design interfaces, edit photos, animate logos, and organize hackathons. Based in India.

Before all of this, I was running 3 e-commerce businesses at the same time in my 2nd year of college. Home decor, clothing, and tech accessories. Different niches, different audiences. That's where I first learned how real business works: customer acquisition, margins, ad spend, and moving fast with actual money on the line.

I like fewer features that actually work over a hundred that don't. Less noise, more craft. If it ships and people use it, that's the win.
